Today is the first time I won't be calling my dad to wish him a "Happy Birthday" (since moving to Florida). He passed away last December.
It will be a day to remember the good times we had.
I'm glad it will take place on a Sunday.
Being in church will make things easier.
Near the end of his life, he professed his faith in Jesus for his eternal salvation.
For that, I am thankful.
