Since moving to Florida in 1986, I have experienced some weather extremes. Most of the time it stays pretty hot. In the winter, there are times when the temperature can turn cold. It normally lasts just a few days before the warmth returns.
The past few weeks have been the exception. Everyday, I need to wear many layers of clothes when I walk the dogs. Today, I wore a long sleeve shirt, a hooded sweatshirt, and a hooded winter jacket (and gloves) - and, I still froze.
And, the forecast is for more of the same.
Many people are covering their plants and staying indoors.
Where is this Global Warming everyone is talking about?
